In South Central Los Angeles street cop Brian and Mike are partners - balls-out cowboys, who patrol the streets of Latino gangs in the struggle for power with the Blacks. Brian and Mike are lucky a few times, making a big drug and human trafficking busts because Mexican cartel cases ordered their destruction. We meet Mike's pregnant wife (whom he married out of high school) and see quest Brian soul mate. There is an internal struggle within the ranks of the LAPD and plenty of team-based car talk. Can the boys avoid the bloody cartel achieve?
