Phil Broker is a DEA agent before going into a crisis after his actions against biker gangs went horribly wrong and cost the life of the son boss in him. She is recently widowed and left with 9-year-old daughter, Maddy. He decided to quit this life heatedly and ask the reason for excitement Maddy and retire to a small town. Daughter fights off a boy who was bullying at school and this initiates a series of events culminating in a direct confrontation with its local drug lord methamphetamine.
